Dr. Geeta Bansal
Dr. Geeta Bansal attained her PhD in the field of Food Science and Technology from the National University of Singapore. During her time there, she worked on the development of rapid test methods for testing of frying oil quality. Actively involved in food science research for last 15 years, she has attained work experience in both academic and corporate sectors. She has previously worked in Mondelez International as a Caramel Scientist. Currently, she is involved in projects related to sugar substitutes and their applications.
