Tina Tan, Managing Director

Tina is passionate about bringing healthier options for chocolate to the public. She has more than 20 years of experience in oil & gas automation engineering, Business Development & Proposal and Pre-Sales.

Tina brings her experience to building Tatgu, a frontier food company, using premium ingredients. She is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization of Tatgu, implementing company policy, leading and supporting staff development, and product development.

Prior to Tatgu, Tina has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, project management, business development and proposals for the oil & gas automation engineering industry. (petrochemical, refinery, utilities, platforms and FPSO).

She was Proposal Manager – ASEAN for Invensys Process Systems. She was responsible for operation of proposal team (locally in Singapore and remote centres in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand) to support Sales.

She has a vast background in Engineering and project execution -- having worked for MODEC Offshore Production Systems (Singapore), AKER KVAERNER ENGINEERING S.E.A., Yokogawa Engineering Asia, Honeywell.

Tina has a Bachelor of Science (Second Class Honours) in Information Systems, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Business Administration.

Michael Lee, Executive Director

Michael Lee is Executive Director of Tatgu. Leveraging on his experience in Sales and Business Strategy, Michael brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Tatgu.

He has held senior management position in top International MNCs like AIG, AIA, Manulife, and has won numerous sales awards and accreditation since 1993. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer (UNISIM) since 2010.

Michael is a Private Investor in Data centres, Big Data technologies, E-commerce, medical care, travel IT & FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods).

He is an Independent Director of Singapore Listed Co (Nico Steel Ltd), and Executive Director of Icreate Wplanners Pte Ltd with average annual sales turnover of $25 million.

He has a CPA, MBA from University of Vienna, and Bachelor of Accountancy from NTU.
