Some recipes to try out during your time at home, using Tatgu chocolates
Recipe for CLASSIC BROWNIES

150 g TATGU 85% dark chocolate
150g TATGU white chocolate
150 g butter
150 g dark brown sugar
50 g plain flour
30 g TATGU cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
50 g chocolate chips
50 g nuts ( almond, walnut/ cashew) or some raisins
Some almond flakes/ cashew nuts / walnut
Pre-heat up the oven to 170°C. Grease the 8" ( 20 cm X 20 cm ) brownies pan & line it with baking paper.
Combine flour, baking powder & cocoa powder and sift in mixing bowl. Set aside.
Melt the butter in the pan. Put in the dark & white chocolate. Let it sit for a while to melt. Stir well then put aside. (Tatgu chocolate button very easy to melt because of its high content of cocoa butter)
Whisk the eggs & sugar until sugar dissolved then put in the chocolate & butter mixture. Mix well.
Put in flour mixture ( and nuts / raisins) mixed well. Then pour it to the brownies pan.
Bake it at 170°C for about 25 - 30 mins.
When ready, cool in tin, then slice into squares.
You Tiao with Chocolate Dip
Simply melt Tatgu chocolate and use as a dip!
