Some 600 participants comprising decision makers from industry, academics, graduating students, as well as guests from research institutes, commercial laboratories, and the food, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical industries attended the ASConference 2017 organised by the School of Applied Science on 24 Aug. In the 30th issue of My Alvernia, Mount Alvernia's hospital magazine, Tatgu Chocolates were featured as part of the magazine's product highlights. It highlighted that Tatgu's chocolates are 100% derived from sugarcane leading to lower glycemic index (GI) response for better management for blood glucose levels.
